It was a good value considering what was being charged nearby, but you could save quite a bit driving further north to places like Frisco. The clerks at the front desk were also gone for ten plus minutes at a time and, when they were at the desk, frequently on their mobile devices. This basically meant that I had to use the ADA room that had a wheelchair seat bolted to the tub and a ridiculously low bathroom mirror. I was called by the office on the day of my arrival and after checking in online that they were overbooked and were shipping me to another hotel, but later told me that they were “pushing my reservation through”. I think the overall management could be better. They offered a coffee bar management reception one night, which was unique and cool. This is a good option for a spacious room, better than average free breakfast, free parking, plenty of nearby restaurants and close proximity to the toll road. There is a full sized saline pool that is ideal for these hot summer days. There are computers, TV's, couches, tables and plenty of space in the main entry area. They are each super friendly, welcoming and helpful, no matter what we need. The front desk staff is phenomenal - Liz, Chris, Anthony and Tony. We never imagined we could enjoy our experience this much. We are delighted to be at this hotel while work is being done on our house.
